Bradley/Grombacher is proud to announce that Founder and Managing Partner Kiley Grombacher will be speaking at the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Class Actions and Complex Case Management Conference on October 26, 2017.
The seminar will discuss “Complex Case Management,” a process that requires the trial court and counsel to actively and collaboratively manage the filing of a class action lawsuits, mass tort litigation or other cases involving multiple parties, multiple attorneys, geographically dispersed plaintiffs and defendants, and/or complex subject matter.
The process is intended to give judges greater control over the litigation, including the timing and scheduling of settlement negotiations, consolidated pre-trial litigation, class certification motions and trial.
If you understand the process of Complex Case Management, you will have a great deal of control over how the case proceeds, and maximize efficiency. If you do not understand the process, you can lose valuable opportunities, and draw the ire of the court.
Kiley Grombacher will be joining two other speakers — Corey Haden, Senior Counsel at Ezer Williamson Law, and Jack Risemberg, Partner at RG Lawers, LLP — to discuss Complex Case Management, and what the complex judges expect of counsel, from the filing of the case to the initial conference, and including:
