Lisa Johnston-Nicholes is a senior associate at Bradley/Grombacher, LLP.
Ms. Johnston-Nicholes has dedicated her entire career to representing plaintiffs. Ms. Johnston-Nicholes focuses her practice on class action and mass torte litigation in federal court, including multi-district and coordinated proceedings. Her innovative approach to legal researching and writing has been pivotal in obtaining meaningful recovery on behalf of her clients. For example, Ms. Johnston-Nicholes authored the plaintiff's petition for writ of mandamus in Douglas vs. U.S. Dist. Ct. for Cent. Dist. Of California, in which the Ninth Circut (en banc) granted the plaintiff's petition and established that a service provider cannot unilaterally change it's terms of service without adequate notice to consumers. 495 F.3d 1062 (9th Cir. 2007).
